Delivery time and costs
Domestic Parcel Shipping
Available carriers: INPOST, DHL, and DPD. Delivery time is up to 48 hours. Most shipments are delivered within 24 hours. Cash on delivery is available*. Shipping costs are added for each package sent. Cost per package:
*For INPOST cash-on-delivery shipments, a surcharge of 3 PLN applies. The maximum cash-on-delivery amount is 5,000 PLN
Other couriers - a surcharge of 5 PLN applies for cash on delivery.
Domestic pallet shipments
Pallet shipments are handled by Hellmann. Delivery time is up to 48 hours.

International parcel shipments
The available carrier is DPD. Delivery time depends on the zone in which the destination country is located. Delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are added for each package sent. Cost per package:

International pallet shipments
Hellmann is the freight forwarder handling international pallet shipments. Delivery time depends on the country.
The cost of international pallet shipping is calculated on a case-by-case basis.
When calculating the cost of an international shipment, we take into account:

- Weight
- Delivery location (postal code of the unloading location)

Greece - approx. 8-12 days, depending on whether we can get a direct bus to Athens, which departs only on Fridays and takes 4 days

Ireland - 8–10 business days; the truck departs for Dublin on Tuesdays and Fridays and takes 4 days
Lithuania – 3–5 business days
Luxembourg - 3-5 business days

Portugal - approx. 8-12 days, depending on whether we get a direct car to Athens, which departs only on Fridays and takes 4 days

In-person pickup is available at the company’s headquarters in Łódź, ul. Piotrkowska 270, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., following prior notification via email that the order is ready
