Domestic Parcel Shipping
Available carriers: INPOST, DHL, and DPD. Delivery time is up to 48 hours. Most shipments are delivered within 24 hours. Cash on delivery is available*. Shipping costs are added for each package sent. Cost per package:

International parcel shipments
The available carrier is DPD. Delivery time depends on the zone in which the destination country is located. Delivery time is 2 to 7 business days. Shipping costs are added for each package sent. Cost per package:

International pallet shipments
Hellmann is the freight forwarder handling international pallet shipments. Delivery time depends on the country.
The cost of international pallet shipping is calculated on a case-by-case basis.
When calculating the cost of an international shipment, we take into account:

- Delivery location (postal code of the unloading location)

In-person pickup is available at the company’s headquarters in Łódź, ul. Piotrkowska 270, Monday through Friday from 7 a.m. to 3 p.m., following prior notification via email that the order is ready
