Mini Pedicure File – Safe Package, Boat-Shaped, Half-Moon, Slim, Aba Group 100/180 Eco
With your safety and hygiene as a nail technician in mind, we offer a 100/180-grit nail file/polisher designed to shape and trim nails, as well as for finishing gel and acrylic nails and mattifying them.
Ensure the highest level of safety for yourself and your clients.
This double-sided file/polisher has the perfect shape to make it easier for you to prepare the nail plate during manicures or pedicures.
The contoured shape of the file allows you to reach hard-to-reach areas, which speeds up your work.
The file uses the DUAL method, featuring two sides with the same grit. One side features a high-quality sponge that helps shape and smooth the nail surface, while the other side features aluminum oxide-coated paper, ideal for filing edges and shaping the nail to the desired length and shape. The product is durable and offers exceptional abrasive power.
When should you use a 100/180-grit nail file, and what does this grit mean?
The 100/180-grit nail file is designed for nail technicians who want to shape and file nails.
Ideal for working with:
- acrylic methods: acrylic and dipping systems
- titanium methods
- gel methods
The grit of a nail file refers to the number of particles per 1 cm² of the file. The lower the grit, the sharper the file.
Below is a summary:
- 80 – these are very sharp files, ideal for shaping: acrylics, tips, titanium manicures, the dipping system, or hard UV/LED gels; this grit is very often used for foot files;
- 100 – these are sharp files, ideal for working with: acrylic, UV/LED gel, titanium manicure, and tip extensions;
- 180 – a medium-coarse file, ideal for shaping UV/LED gel, titanium manicures, the dipping system, and shaping nails;
- 240 – a gentle file, ideal for the natural nail plate;
- 320 – these are polishing files/blocks which, thanks to their gentleness, beautifully mattify the nail plate and smooth out unevenness
- above 500—these are files known as polishers, which beautifully smooth and add shine to the nail plate
