How to use:
- Protect the skin under the eyes with paper pads or pads with protective cream.
- Mix 10 drops of oxidant with 2 cm of RefectoCil henna in the color of your choice.
- Apply the mixture to the eyebrows or eyelashes immediately after preparation.
- After the indicated time has elapsed, remove the dye with a damp cotton pad.
Result: Quick and easy preparation of the mixture for coloring eyebrows and eyelashes.
