CO Cutter tester CN02199
The tester is used to check the quality of the cutter shank. Simply insert the cutter into the tester hole and turn it in any direction. If you encounter resistance from the shank, the cutter must be replaced with a new one. A bent cutter causes the cutter blade to overheat and damages the cutter's collet. The cost of repairing a cutter is many times higher than the cost of purchasing a new one, so cutters should be checked regularly to ensure they are still suitable for further use.
