Hemoalustat is a preparation for stopping minor bleeding. It contains 25% aluminum chloride, which has a local astringent and anti-inflammatory effect. It constricts small blood vessels, thereby reducing swelling and bleeding.

Directions for use:
- After applying the preparation to sterile cotton wool or a micro-sponge, gently rub it into the bleeding area for a few to several seconds.
- Then gently rinse with distilled water or saline solution.
- Repeat if necessary.
Warnings:
- Avoid contact with eyes; in case of contact, rinse with plenty of water.
- Do not swallow - it is irritating to the mouth - if swallowed, drink plenty of water and contact a doctor.
- Store out of reach of children at a temperature below 25°C.
- Do not use in people who are hypersensitive to the ingredients of the preparation.
