Product description
Italwax Aloe Vera Roll-On Hair Removal Wax, 100 ml
ItalWax is an Italian company specializing in hair removal products. The waxes are made from high-quality natural and synthetic resins. The rolls are designed so that the wax is applied evenly and does not leak.
The wax offers excellent adhesion, is easy to spread, and removes even stubborn, thick hair. It is gentle on the skin and warms up easily in a bowl of hot water or in standard wax warmers. Any residue can be easily washed off with olive oil after waxing. Regular use weakens the hair and slows its regrowth. The wax features a wide “roll-on” applicator that facilitates even application. The latest design of the applicator makes waxing even easier and more efficient.
Directions for use:
- Plug the wax heater into an electrical outlet
- After placing the wax in the heater, turn on the device (do not turn on the device without a wax cartridge)
- Before using the wax, put on protective gloves to prevent the wax from sticking to your hands.
- Before applying the wax for hair removal, check its temperature and your skin’s sensitivity. The correct temperature for ready-to-use wax is 45°C.
- If the temperature is correct and your skin has not had an allergic reaction, you can proceed with hair removal.
- Apply the wax at a 45-degree angle using gentle, long strokes in the designated area.
- Place a strip of wax-coated paper over the applied wax.
- Wait until the applied wax has cooled. With a quick motion in the opposite direction of hair growth, peel off the non-woven strip along with the wax.
- After the treatment, apply a professional post-waxing gel or soothing cream to the waxed area.
- If the hair removal was not fully effective (not all hairs were removed), you cannot repeat the procedure shortly thereafter, which means that a woman will need to use a razor as well to achieve perfectly smooth skin.
Cartridge dimensions (without the roller):
- width: 52 mm
- height: 111 mm
- thickness: 22 mm
The device can heat the wax to a maximum temperature of 85°C.
Precautions:
- Waxing should not be used by people suffering from skin diseases, varicose veins, or capillary problems. Various types of wounds, open sores, inflammation, or fresh scars also prevent waxing. Pregnant women should use this form of hair removal only during the first trimester.
- If you want to remove hair with wax, remember that the hair must be at least 1 cm long. A few days before waxing, avoid tanning—whether in a tanning bed, at the beach, or in a sauna. The day before waxing, perform a thorough exfoliation to remove dead skin cells, under which hairs may be hidden.
- It’s not recommended to use lotions, creams, or oils that could leave an oily film on your skin. In that case, the wax won’t be able to adhere to your skin, and the waxing won’t work.
- If you have very sensitive skin, we’ll select a special wax containing titanium dioxide with soothing properties, or waxes formulated for sensitive skin with soothing chamomile and aloe vera. Do not apply wax to irritated skin.
