Viruton® Extra is a high-performance concentrate designed for the simultaneous cleaning and disinfection of surgical and rotary instruments. It is intended for manual disinfection of instruments and for use in ultrasonic washers. It is recommended for instruments made of stainless steel, nickel, copper, aluminum, rubber, porcelain, glass, and plastics.

Product features:

• Effective at a concentration of 0.5% in 15 minutes.
• Effective against bacteria, fungi, Mycobacterium tuberculosis, enveloped viruses (including Vaccinia and BVDV), Adenovirus, and Poliovirus.
• The protease enzyme content ensures excellent cleaning properties.

Directions for use:

1. Prepare a working solution of the concentrate by diluting it with water in the appropriate ratio. The choice of concentration depends on the desired spectrum and duration of action. To obtain a 0.5% concentration, dissolve 5 ml of concentrate in 995 ml of water.
2. Immerse the instruments in the solution immediately after use. All parts and openings must be completely filled with the solution.
3. After disinfection, rinse and dry the instrument. The activity of the uncontaminated working solution lasts for 14 days.

For hygienic reasons, daily replacement of the solution is recommended. Do not mix with other cleaning or disinfecting agents. For professional use only. Read the product label before use.

Precautions:

• P273: Avoid release to the environment.
• P280: Wear protective gloves/protective clothing/eye protection.
• P301+P330+P331: IF SWALLOWED: rinse mouth. DO NOT induce vomiting.
• P303+P361+P353: IF ON SKIN (or hair): Immediately remove all contaminated clothing. Rinse skin with running water or shower.
• P305+P351+P338: IF IN EYES: Rinse cautiously with water for several minutes. Remove contact lenses, if present and easy to do. Continue rinsing.
• P310: Immediately contact a POISON CENTER or doctor.
• P501: Dispose of contents/container in accordance with applicable laws regarding hazardous waste or containers and waste in containers.

11.5 g N-(3-aminopropyl)-N-dodecylpropan-1,3-diamine (CAS: 2372-82-9), 3.12 g Poly(oxy-1,2-ethanediyl), alpha-[2-(didecylmethylamino)

ethyl]-ω-hydroxy-, propionate (salt) (CAS: 94667-33-1), 1.25 g Didecyl dimethylammonium chloride (CAS: 7173-51-5)
