IcanClave steam sterilizers are high-end autoclaves that provide effective sterilization of all types of instruments—whether packaged or unpackaged—as well as textiles. They are ideal for use in hospitals, medical facilities (including clinics), such as doctors’ and dentists’ offices, as well as in laboratories. IcanClave steam sterilizers can also be used for non-medical and veterinary applications.
IcanClave devices are Class IIa. They meet rigorous standards to ensure safety, and their operation is simple and intuitive.
The ICANCLAVE steam sterilizer is classified as Class IIa in accordance with Regulation (EU) 2017/745 on medical devices and the EN 13060 standard. The device is intended for use by a professional user with appropriate training and qualifications (e.g., a physician, medical sterilization technician), as well as by a layperson who possesses the necessary knowledge and has been trained in the sterilization process and the operation of this device.

Application:
This device is designed for the complete elimination and/or inactivation of microorganisms from medical devices and related products placed in sterilization packaging, using pressurized steam (i.e., moist heat) as the sterilizing agent; it is intended for use with products that are not sensitive to high temperatures, water, or steam.
Note: This device is not intended for the sterilization of liquids.
