In addition, it contains less water in the mixture, as well as lower concentrations of dyes, alkaline agents, and hydrogen peroxide. This developer perfectly smooths the hair’s structure, provides optimal hydration, and ensures that the lightening process is gentler on the hair. The 9% developer lightens hair by 2 to 3 shades. Blonde shades mixed with this emulsion turn out very well.

Directions:
- Select the appropriate BlondMe lightener based on the desired result and the condition of your hair.
- Wearing gloves, measure out the lightener and BlondMe Premium Developer 9% into a non-metallic bowl according to the ratios specified in the instructions for the specific product.
- Mix until a uniform, creamy consistency is achieved, free of lumps.
- Apply the mixture to dry, unwashed hair using your chosen application technique, keeping it away from the scalp if required by the product.
- Visually monitor the lightening process during the processing time specified by the lightener manufacturer.
- After the processing time has elapsed, thoroughly rinse the hair with warm water, then wash it with an appropriate shampoo and apply BlondMe hair care products.
- Do not exceed the recommended processing time and do not alter the mixing ratio on your own. Store the product tightly closed, away from heat and light.
