How to use: 

1. Frost effect (rough texture):

• Perform a standard hybrid manicure.
• Apply Top (e.g., No Wipe) to the cured color.
• Before curing, sprinkle the nail generously with Shimmer Effect powder.
• Cure in a LED/UV lamp, then gently remove excess powder with a soft brush.

2. Smooth surface (mirror shine):

• Rub a small amount of powder into the sticky layer of the product using a puppet or your fingertip.
• Secure the whole thing with another layer of Top and cure in the lamp.
