Product intended for all hair coloring and lightening treatments.

Properties:

• Does not cause excessive drying of the hair

Directions for use: 

1. When used as an oxidizer for highlighting, use undiluted.
2. As an oxidizer in hair lightener: mix one part cream-based hydrogen peroxide with one-third part prepared water.
